This feasibility study analyses the existing facilities of the Yemeni Community Association and outlines the need to expand the facilities. Initial Proposals and a design and access statement have been developed as the framework for a detailed planning application, and are included in outline in this feasibility study. The feasibility study will be used for publicity, consultation, and marketing the proposed new facilities.
