Advice & Guidance Centre
YCA's Information, Advice & Guidance Service
Welcome to our Information, Advice and Guidance Service
We are dedicated to supporting individuals and families with comprehensive advice and guidance on welfare rights, benefits and other critical support services. Our IAG service is funded by Sandwell Council and is led by a qualified Welfare Rights Officer who is here to help you navigate complex welfare systems, understand your entitlements and access the support you need.
We adhere to the Matrix Standard, which is owned by the Department for Education (DfE). This ensures the delivery of high-quality information, advice and guidance (IAG) services, enabling people to reach their full potential. As the main organisation serving the Arabic-speaking community in Sandwell, we are committed to addressing the unique needs of our community members.
